| H1B |
|
Temporary Worker (maximum of 6 years) in a Specialized Occupation. The application for employment together with the employment contract must be completed by the US employer. The applicant must have at least attained a bachelors degree or higher. |
| E1- Treaty Trader |
| Ideal category for employees who are Nationals of designated country and are entering the United States to conduct trade between the US and their country of Nationality. The trade must be 50% of all trade volume. |
| E2 –Treaty Investor |
| E2 visas are for principal investors, or employees in executive, supervisory, or essential skills category, who provide substantial investment in an active business located in the United States. There is no minimum investment but the applicant must be from a country which has signed a treaty agreement. |
| L-1 Intra Company Transferee |
| Employees entering the United States to be employed in a managerial, executive or specialized knowledge for branch, subsidiary or affiliate for the same company in which they were they were employed for a period of one continuous year within a 3 year period prior to the application. |
| TN - NAFTA Professional |
| Citizens of Canada or Mexico employed in a professional occupation in the United States. Applicants must meet certain criteria to qualify and be issued a offer of employment from a US based company. . |
| J1- Exchange Visitor Visa |
| Temporary visas offered to qualifying candidates in specific programs sponsoring the application. |
| O- Person of Extraordinary Ability |
| Well known artist, performers and teachers will qualify in this category. |
| EB-5 - Immigrant Investor visa |
| The EB-5 visa for Immigrant Investors is a United States visa that provides a method of obtaining a green card for foreign nationals who invest money in the United States. To obtain the visa, individuals must invest at least $500,000, creating at least 10 jobs. |
